We are currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join our Employment team, advising national SME and professional sector clients who subscribe to our Alpha HR and Employment law support service. Our objective is to provide employments and HR advice that is both commercial and solution based in conjunction with bespoke documentation and on-site attendance. 

The successful candidate will have experience of providing HR and Employment Law advice to Employers and will be individually responsible for advising circa 30-35 retained clients, predominantly SMR’s, Independent schools, care homes and GP practices. Previous experience of advising employers in these professional sectors would be beneficial but not essential. Experience of delivering Employment and HR training would be advantageous. Occasional travel required to client premises. 

Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential. The successful candidate will be proficient with MS Office, experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential. This role requires good file management skills with a high level of attention to detail,  ability to work under pressure at times, a can-do attitude, adept at finding commercial solutions to meet client expectations and maintaining excellent client service.

The successful candidate will be expected to run your own case load of domestic conveyancing matters and should enjoy working to and achieving deadlines within a busy office environment. They will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals, referrers and other third parties to provide an excellent conveyancing service and have a willingness to take part in business generation and development. 

The successful candidate will deal with the broad spectrum of residential property work including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity and should be able to demonstrate astute technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure. In addition, the successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct in respect of referrals and of the Money Laundering Regulations. Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential and a working knowledge of case management systems is vital to this demanding role. The successful candidate will be proficient with MS Office. This role is within a fast paced environment and requires exceptional file management skills with a high level of attention to detail. The role is to be based primarily at our Telford office but the role will have some expectation to travel to the other offices, which are located in Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton.

A motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, undertaking probate and Court of Protection applications is sought. You will be expected to run your own case load of matters and should enjoy working to and achieving deadlines within a busy office environment. 

You will be capable of dealing with clients who are often in stressful situations, professionals and other third parties to provide an excellent service, and have a willingness to take part in business generation and development. In addition, you must also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct and the Money Laundering Regulations. Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential. The successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and experience of using a case management system is ideal but not essential. The role requires exceptional file management skills with a high level of attention to detail. Being able to work as part of a team and good communication skills are essential.
