You will be skilled at contentious property work including possession proceedings, rights of way, boundary/land disputes, adverse possession and beneficial interest claims. You will also be expected to deal with disputes relating to probate and inheritance. The role also encompasses debt recovery work, consumer rights and contract disputes. There may be some exposure to commercial disputes in addition. Residential Conveyancing General Assistant / Receptionist
