Conveyancing Quality

Martin Kaye Solicitors were awarded this quality badge in January 2012 and since then, it has been maintained. The scheme provides a recognised quality standard for those legal practices which conduct residential conveyancing. Achieving membership requires integrity of the key conveyancing staff, the firm’s adherence to good practice management standards and adherence to efficient conveyancing protocol. Our conveyancing team are proud to have achieved this quality recognition, which endorses the department’s credibility with their regulators, lenders, insurers and intermediaries with whom they deal.

Law Society Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme

Alison Carter, Partner at Martin Kaye Solicitors, is an accredited member of this scheme, which only admits lawyers who have demonstrated a demanding level of experience in dealing with personal injury cases. Lawyers who are members must also maintain those high standards of legal service provision in order to maintain membership.

Martin Kaye Solicitors’ Head of Personal Injury, Alison Carter, is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme. The accreditation is a recognition of a lawyer’s excellence in a specialist area and the department’s adherence to service and management standards. Alison is one of the few specialists in the area with this accreditation.

Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation Andrew Oranjuik, is a member of the Property Litigation Association, whose members specialise in all aspects of property litigation including commercial and residential. They also exchange information and case reviews in order to keep up-to-date in this ever-changing area of law.

Most Loved Business in Town 2013

This year Martin Kaye Solicitors were voted the Most Loved Solicitors and Best Loved Business in Telford in the Best of Telford “14 days of Love” consumer pole. For the 14 days leading up to Valentine’s Day, consumers had the chance to review their favourite local businesses raising the profile of their local community. Martin Kaye Solicitors received the most votes in their region.

Also in the above poll Martin Kaye were voted the second Most Loved Solicitor in the whole of the UK by virtue of the high number of glowing testimonials received.
