Our specialist commercial property team acts for both sellers and purchases on matters as diverse as the property aspects of large corporate restructuring deals to the sale or purchase of small business premises.

In addition to the basic legal procedures involved in such transactions, we can also act in relation to commercial financing and re-financing, environmental considerations, auction sales, options agreements, claw back and pre-emption and the formation and transfer of management companies.

Our expertise in leasehold matters is equally solid. We act for both landlords and tenants and can advise and negotiate on all legal and drafting aspects of rent reviews, security of tenure, alienation options and repairing obligations. In addition to new short or long-term leases, we can also undertake lease assignments and sublets.
