Nita qualified as a solicitor in 1998 having completed her training with a specialist London law firm, then moving to the West Midlands and joining Martin Kaye Solicitors in 2001. Nita was promoted to head of our property department in 2003 and became a Partner in 2006.

Nita specialises in all aspects of domestic conveyancing dealing with a variety of transactions on a national basis including investment property portfolio landlords. Nita heads up the Commercial Property Team and has the challenge of developing the long term direction of the department and provides ongoing training for all staff, including mentoring.

Nita works closely with local mortgage intermediaries and estate agents and most of her clients are either recommendations from third parties or repeat business from existing clients.

Nita is fluent in Gujarati.
